our minimal presence on this earth | cherish what we have

Aah, god is smart enough to teach me a lesson (always). I had a superego of being strong headed girl, but when it comes to family, I realized that I am not. What I didn't learn in these many years, god taught me in these 4 and half days (somewhere around the Month of March 2023).

Few Lessons learned

  1. In front of god, we have 0.0001 % importance so we have to be kind enough with grace and gratitude whenever we live our life.
  2. Jainism and its way of living protecting even microorganisms is the best way to live life. Live and let live.
  3. Only mental and emotional immunity is required to handle some challenges when it comes to medical concerns of family
  4. Live each moment without any grudges. Live in now moment says Eckhart Tolle
  5. World DOES NOT come to your rescue, only your loved ones are there. So not to worry for the world, but DO worry for our own loved ones.
  6. Spend more money on building emotional - mental - physical well-being.
  7. Communicate straight away rather than piling grudges inside and don't assume about another person. We don't know what he/she is going through. And MOST important
  8. Open the doors of hearts to welcome each smallest moment of joy in the body. Cells need to be treated with happiness
  9. Thoughts can give diseases and hence necessary to manage our thoughts. Thoughts leading to resentment, hurt, guilt, anger, and sadness if not handled on time in the proper way can lead to diseases.

We love each other and let us forgive each other of any small and big mistakes of the past and start a new chapter of life. let us change our routine habits and enjoy each moment of being in nature, having healthy food, and watching comedy movies.

I have decided to change myself in this direction. Let us embrace the people we have in our hands rather than grudging or feeling sad about who left us.
